Since we can usually pick up orders from the pickup counter, I proceeded to do so. But at this location, at the pickup counter, they told me to step back, saying I couldn't pick it up that way. They said they would bring it to me. So why did they even have a pickup counter? They were incredibly rude to me, beyond belief. They were all so rude; the staff is terrible.
