  Such a nice location, but there restroom is DISGUSTING. Feels like I walked into a homeless restroom there was pee all over the floor. I was wearing slippers on top of that now im throwing my shoes away. & still gave us wrong order when we order 2 items.

  I do like this place but hecka cold inside during the winter and hot as you-know-what in the summer 🤔🤷‍♀️ Bathrooms are kinda nasty, ijs.... But food is good compared to other Taco Bells and great employees

  I showed up at 10:10 PM, well before closing time, and the doors were already locked. Your posted hours clearly say open until 11 PM, yet when I went to the drive-thru, all I got was, “Sorry, we’re closed.” When I asked why, I was told, “We had to close early.” This is completely unacceptable. You’re a major franchise chain under a corporate brand, not a random pop-up shop. If your doors say you’re open until 11 PM, then you stay open until 11 PM. Closing almost an hour early with zero notice is disrespectful, unprofessional, and shows zero regard for customers’ time. If you can’t uphold your own posted hours, then update them—or stop pretending you operate on a schedule you clearly don’t follow.
