So I drove to the window and ordered from there. When I did she got my order wrong and gave me hard taco instead of nacho fries. I don’t get how those sound the same. Also filling the cheese cup half way up and giving me tomatoes when I said no tomatoes.

- RFRicardo FigueroaOct 4, 20251.0My wife and I stopped in to order some take out but the kids at the counter were adamant about us ordering at the kiosk , we wanted to order at the counter , they refused to take our order , the place was empty so I’m assuming with those kind of customer service skills no one is coming by , so we left and took are business next door to Jack n the box same set up there but the cashier was very happy and cordial and asked if we wanted her to take out order , great experience will never be back to that Taco Bell

Every time I come through the workers are super rude and unwelcoming always slamming the drive thru window in my face. I will say this sweet Asian girl was a delight to talk to once, she is really nice and this older white lady as well she was kind. Other than that rude customer service. Management really needs to set better standards.
