- ISIzzy SNov 13, 20252.0Went to the kiosk to try and order, but no one was answering. I called out numerous times even honked my horn. I had just watched someone order in from of me. So I drove to the window and ordered from there. When I did she got my order wrong and gave me hard taco instead of nacho fries. I don’t get how those sound the same. Also filling the cheese cup half way up and giving me tomatoes when I said no tomatoes.

Every time I come through the workers are super rude and unwelcoming always slamming the drive thru window in my face. I will say this sweet Asian girl was a delight to talk to once, she is really nice and this older white lady as well she was kind. Other than that rude customer service. Management really needs to set better standards.
