Literally leaning on the counter on her phone and I walk in she doesn’t even notice. I go to the counter (unfortunately didn’t get a name) but woman helps me and is super nice and I ask her “why is she on her phone ? And she pauses and just says I don’t know … and continues to help me. The lady didn’t even have her Uniform on. She had a colorful wardobe acting like she didn’t care about the business.. like she HAD TO BE THER. That’s what really ticked me off with the way she was presenting herself. There’s personal time.. and company time.. that older lady with the colorful dress working at subway is the reason people don’t come back. . Today is Oct 1, 2025 at 1:00 pm. You’ll know who the problem is.
