- RBRuben BarriosNov 6, 20251.0I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. The employee, Prachi? I believe that’s how you spell her name ?was visibly irritated when I asked for simple things, rushed through my order, and made my sandwich sloppily. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed I didn’t even feel like eating my sandwich anymore Management really needs to address her behavior, because no paying customer should be treated that way coming from a used to be manager I would never let my employees have any attitude towards paying customers please address this issue!!!!

The walls and glass partitions had stains and smudges, which made the dining area feel neglected. While the staff was polite (if applicable), the overall hygiene of the location made me uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any restaurant, and unfortunately, this one fell short. Made me uncomfortable to enjoy my food
