I ordered two of the footlong chocolate chip cookies and they didn’t have them. Every time I go in they are never available. Why are they still available on the menu? Why was I still able to order online for the footlong chocolate chip cookies if they don’t have them? I was still charged for them. I go there frequently but after this, I will conduct my business at another location. This is unacceptable, they should of at least took it off my charges or added a ten dollar subway card to use later.
