Very glad this location has reopened. Classic sonic experience, quality food that is done quickly. Just wish that they would get the prices a little closer to what they once were.

Really rude employees. They act as if they are working against their will. I pressed the button to order and the answer to take the order with a very bad attitude. I asked do you charge for ranch sauce and the man taking the order replied "sure do"
I asked for 3 ranch sauces which they charged for and i paid for my order on the machince outside. When the man came out with the order.. he was rolling his eyes at me for backing out a little bit to open my window and recieve the order. Then I checked the order bag which was missing the 3 ranches and I went out to the employee door where they could see me standing there and didnt acknowledge me at all. I knocked on it and another male employee answers the door and I explained to him that I ordered ranch and paid for it but I didnt recieve it and he asked me to tell him my full order which i did but the first employee never gave me a recipt. Both employees had bad poor attitudes. This occurence makes me regret spending any koney on this
The workers at this location are extremely rude and defensive for no reason at all. I went by this afternoon for a dirty Coke, which is my usually drink, however when I took a sip of my drink, all I could taste was the syrup and barely any coke. Since I was still sitting at the window waiting for some food, I drank a little more (there was still more than half of the drink in the cup) so that I could ask if they could put some more coke into my drink to balance it out. The worker rudely stated that she couldn’t since I had drank out of it. I then asked the other lady at the window if they could remake the drink since all I could taste was the syrup. The older lady, who I’m assuming was the manager told the worker what I had said about there being too much syrup, to which the worker responded that she put the normal amount. Within this whole interaction, both workers were extremely rude and defensive about something so simple. I have never once had a dirty coke where I couldn’t taste the coke. As a paying customer, it would’ve been nice to get what I had paid for, but instead, I was made to feel belittled simply for asking them to re-make a medium drink (which I ended up dumping out). These workers either need to find a job where they won’t get triggered by a simple request or they need training in how to kindly speak with their customers.
Do not come here for food. The service is extremely rude, and the food is sub-par even by sonic standards. The drink are usually okay, but the lady at the window today 11-13-25 was extremely rude. She ignored me the entire time I was trying to get her attention because she forgot something on my order and when she brought my food out, instead of fixing it she just told me to get back in line, for another French fry. She wants me to get back in her 15 minute line for a French fry?! I didn’t want my other food to get cold so I just left, but it was cold when I got home anyway. The burger tasted like soggy mush. I’ll be skipping this Sonic from now on.

This place is a blast to the past for me. One of the few places my kids liked and they ate the meal as well as the French Fries! They don't have diet Pepsi at the drive up, the have Pepsi Zero which I can't drink, but the fellow at the window made sure I had my treat by running out to the restaurant floor to get it there!
Thank you for letting me remember those days while sipping my Diet Pepsi!
