They asked if I checked in but the app doesn't have a check in function, only instructions on how to park at a stall and hit the red button. The female worker asked for my name and I could hear her muttering about too many online orders...waited for half an hour and no food yet...not even an update on how much longer it would take. Decided to leave and will dispute the purchase with my bank. I will never return to this location again(or any other sonic for that matter)! Zero stars if possible!

The employees (although a bit short staffed) were very kind and patient and took their time and our drinks came out perfect! Tysm to the employees working here :)!! Coming here from now on!
- NMNina MarieJul 21, 20251.0Went for a quick ice cream trip. Ordered 4 Sonic blasts. The place was not busy just a couple of cars in the stalls and drive-thru. It took 30 minutes to get the ice cream. The card reader didn't work at the stall so the lady worker took my card inside. After 8 minutes I had to buzz the call button and ask them to return my card. It took almost 45 minutes to get 4 ice creams and for us to get out of there. The last 3 times I've visited this Sonic it's the same thing. Not busy and the service is insufferably slow. Used to be the best Sonic in town.
