    Bad customer service takes forever the workers there are rude and only had one worker everyday needs more worker worker guy try and keep my debit card ! I asked him for it and he told me to get it my self . Over 30 minutes wait !!!! Never aging sonic sucks now

    The guy named (Josiah) needs major retraining on customer service, glad I reported him and this location. I come in for a online order and I was given my food , was missing my shake I politely call out (Josiah) and he runs back inside like if he didn’t just hear me call out “hey brother im missing and item from my order” even the customer sitting outside herd me. I proceed to click the big red button and he goes “can I get you something else” I tell him again politely “I’m missing an item from my order” he ignores me again another 5min so I click the button 6 more times to no avail . I pull up to the drive up ordering and he dosnt say anything on the intercom at this point I’m pissed off , so I drove to the pickup window in the drive through and he finally comes up and says “are you the guy that was on 4?” I said yeah I tried calling you I tried clicking the button and I even went to the intercom and nothing bro , he goes show me your receipt , I show him in major frustration at this point … wait an additional 10min for him to make the shake , he finishes and hands it to me and I say thank you and he slams the window and dosnt say anything back … My advice to you Josiah , find a better job if you don’t like fast food . I work retail and I don’t treat customers like that in anyway shape or form .. Be better at your job homeboy .. Also to mention this is how my burger looked when I pulled it out he legit put the meat all the way to the edge and when I tried to put it back it ripped in 4 different pieces ..

    I wasn't even aware that this one was reopened. Used to be my go-to sonics as it was close to my work yard. Glad there have been back open for a while now. Always had the best Coke in town. I still just missed the styrofoam cups

    Old fashioned drive-thru where you order at the parking spot and they bring it to your car. On my visit the food has been consistent and the service efficient.

    This store has a lot of issues given the fact that it says it's supposed to be open at 6:00 a.m. yet when I put in a mobile order at 7:30, when I arrived at the store it took the people 10 minutes to come out and let me know. Oh, we just opened and it'll be another 20 minutes before The griddle warms up. This is why Sonic drive-thrus are failing poor customer service and management.
