  First, allow me to share that over been a fan of Papa John's Pizza for years... This isn't a critique of Papa John's, it's a critique of one specific location. The first time I ordered from the Colombia location, they got my order wrong. They deducted the cost of the non-extant extra cheese from the bill, so no harm; no foul. The second time was correct, but the 45 min order took a little over an hour and ten minutes to arrive; cold.... Or coolish luke-warm. The third time, I received nothing. No food. No callback, and fiercely rude treatment when I called to inquire on the status of the chicken poppers and cheese sticks that I had ordered over an hour and a half before. The fourth time: no product, and rude treatment when I inquired about the lack of product... And, the same again on the fifth time I ordered, or attempted to... In 14 years of running a kitchen of my own, I had zero instances of not having a product that my customer ordered... That's poor management, at best. Suffice it to say, they've lost my business.
