I waited in drive through line for about 15 mins before i got to the window, then at the window i waited probably another 10-15 mins with no one looking my way or coming to take payment. When someone finally came to the window, they didn't even say sorry for the wait or anything. just said good morning and got my order wrong, charged me and gave me my oatmeal which was COLD!

Person at the drive through didn’t know my total, manager (female) refused to let me pay with gift card and screamed bye as I drove off. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. As someone who places multiple catering orders here a month we will take our business elsewhere!
