  Shout out to Liz at Panera whom I was very impressed by as she managed the register, while keeping an eye on the restaurant, emptying the garbage bins, making sure the hot water containers were refilled and all that very graciously. My family of four stopped by this branch yesterday on our long trip between SF and Palm Springs and the food, which was ok, came as great comfort, a welcome upgrade from Starbucks breakfasts and McDonalds lunches that leave you feeling gross. I wish there were more of these types of restaurants. Good job!

  Ordered (and paid) online 30 min prior to arrival and they only started when we showed up… But the worst was the attendant (Liz) who was extremely arrogant and said it will be ready when ready. Super weird attitude. C’mon Panera

  I have came here a couple times, have always met some friendly people, always have been a favorite place to eat, came here Friday December 20 at around 1-3 I would say, got received with a huge attitude from this one unprofessional lady working at the front desk, she did not greet us when we walked in. She has dark curlyish hair. I was having trouble reading the screen menu needed a bit clarification on the reading, I was expecting a bit of “reading options” not the whole thing at least, like help a girl out but no Instead she LAUGHED did not HELP at ALL, why would she laugh? Again my hubby approached the lady for some food, my hubby said she did not know what she was doing, and looked lost, lacked pace too. Please if you want to keep this place with a good service, and good pace take her out. We caught more than one bad thing about her. This place has always been a good place until her. My hubby and I agree, noticed the lack of Professionalism. Having someone like that work here, will definitely take the good service out quick, and much more. We got received with no greeting, rude, negative attitude, unprofessional, no apology, and did not have a friendly smile at all besides her laughing in my face. She did say what types of items there was on the menu, lacked fast pace with attending us with new food. We had also called later on that day for a stolen card, I believe it was her who answered at around 5PM, we waited so long to get on call. Please she lacks so much Unprofessionalism, we need her replaced as soon as possible. I assure the workplace does not need people like her.

  The bread was so stale and stiff when I bit it it tore the roof of my mouth. Not to mention the restrooms were disgusting. Someone didn't flush, no toilet paper and no seat covers. So cramped. Not to mention customers just stare at practical everyone. Over all, it's just a very expensive McDonalds
