I say that because I was waiting for my order once for a long time and the staff saw me there and didn't bother to ask what my order was or anything so I had to ask someone about it and so they came back with it like 10 minutes later and it wasn't even made right. I've worked at fast food before and I know everywhere it's different but I know for sure if you see a customer standing there you at least ask them if they've been helped cuz you know you don't want them there. I can understand not being able to do that when it's really busy so you might not notice someone just standing there but it was surprising not busy that day (or at least when I was there). There have also been multiple times when I place an order online and use my points and I don't receive the items I got with my points and I never get them back. The only reason I keep going back to this place is because it's so close to where I work.
