The nearest McDonald's from me was 5 minutes I've called to ask for my refund and it's going to be 2 months already. They keep telling me that I'm going to get a call back until this day which is September 29th 2025 I have not gotten any phone call. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor or a manager I was not transferred. I've had three other people tell me that the same thing happened to themin so I recommend you guys do not order from the mobile app I tried to cancel my order but it wouldn't let me.
