    Marissa helped us today! (Nov 15 2025 @9am) She is so lovely! I had an issue with the app but with her quick thinking she able to help me order and the food came out fast and delicious ❤️ I had a wonderful experience with Marissa and will be coming back ❤️ also give her a raise please ❤️

    How long are they really going to ignore you in this place? They don't even acknowledge you. Been standing here for 10 minutes well they were making drinks, and didn't say anything at all. Then, when I let them know that I was ready whenever they were, she didn't even look at me. Who hires these people?

    I'm gonna preface with I like jamba juice a lot. However, My husband was in there today at 6:18 PM.To order myself and him a smoothie. He is bit of older an gentleman and isn't very tech oriented. He was waiting at the counter to order When the employee asked what he was doing, he said he was waiting to order. The employee then said there's a kiosk to order.And he asked if he could order at the counter and the employee just looked at him and did not help him. My husband ended up walking out. We could not believe how rude the employee was. It was very disappointing.
