He is bit of older an gentleman and isn't very tech oriented. He was waiting at the counter to order When the employee asked what he was doing, he said he was waiting to order. The employee then said there's a kiosk to order.And he asked if he could order at the counter and the employee just looked at him and did not help him. My husband ended up walking out. We could not believe how rude the employee was. It was very disappointing.
