I got mad but did not let it get to me, instead I started my own inspection and saw there restrooms were a mess, showing how incompetent they are at there job, the girl had braces and was refusing to get her hands dirty, how irritating, having the customer be forced to do the cashiers incomplete work. The entire establishment is a mess having grease and torn seats, showing they don't clean the cushions daily, proving why there deteriorating. I don't recommend at all coming here, until an official inspector comes to put some hard changes this restaurant is a red flag. Thank you for your patience and time for reading as well, I hope you find tacos la villa, or another El Pollo loco to dine at. Oh, before I forget, they served us dirty plates as well as being forced to look at greasy walls, very disgusting.
