Got my food and after repeating what I wanted several times, items had to be asked about and the lady at the drive thru, didn’t properly put the lid on my drink and it spilled on my arm and inside my car. I have been contacted by the management team of EL Pollo Loco, The manager , Jacklyn was apologetic for my dining experience and wanted to assure me that my concerns were addressed. She also informed me that worn damaged upholstered seats, I observed would be repaired . I am updating the rating to a 5 for service based upon the manager’s efforts to make things right. Based upon Jacquelin’s( Stockdale manager) conscientious efforts to make things right, I am giving a 5 star rating for conscientious service . I will be returning to do a review of the El Pollo Loco to do a review of their Mexican grilled chicken, which they are famous for. Thank you Jacquelin( manager) for hearing my concern. I look forward to having a positive dining experience at El Pollo Loco. Updated 10-15-25
