I have been contacted by the management team of EL Pollo Loco, The manager , Jacklyn was apologetic for my dining experience and wanted to assure me that my concerns were addressed. She also informed me that worn damaged upholstered seats, I observed would be repaired . I am updating the rating to a 5 for service based upon the manager’s efforts to make things right. Based upon Jacquelin’s( Stockdale manager) conscientious efforts to make things right, I am giving a 5 star rating for conscientious service . I will be returning to do a review of the El Pollo Loco to do a review of their Mexican grilled chicken, which they are famous for. Thank you Jacquelin( manager) for hearing my concern. I look forward to having a positive dining experience at El Pollo Loco. Updated 10-15-25
