Today they did us wrong by taking our order (holiday cookie blended freeze) and not telling us they were out of the jingle sprinkles, I do not understand why they would even allow me to order this drink if they didn’t have the ingredients to make the drink in the first place, very rude and unprofessional, and then when I go to the window to confront them, they told me (oops) and then proceeded to say they were out of jingle sprinkles, the sprinkles is what makes the drink Good it’s supposed to be blended in the actual drink and on top of the drink as well and they gave me this sad pathetic little drop of sugar sprinkles when they recommended the sugar sprinkles, couldn’t even give me a decent amount. Waist of money and waist of my time. I don’t appreciate this Dutch bros get better please. Also forgot to say they didn’t even give me a holiday Christmas cup !? Like what the actual heck man that’s crazy I want a refund

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
