- MCMelissa Cabrera2 days ago5.0After a very long work week and on my way home I stopped by the Calloway location which I do every few weeks, the young lady taking my order (Cassandra is who I was told her name was) was the absolute sweetest soul EVER. It was pretty chilly out and not only did I not know what I wanted and would have taken 3 days.. her suggestion (the candy cane mocha freeze) that was literally 100/10. I had my rottie/pitty/ mastiff mix Sophie with me and she absolutely adored and lovedddddd her. Cassandra was so sweet and kind to her and Sophie was eating it up and would have been honorary Dutch mascot for the night if I let her lol. Friday night, 6pm and they were busyyyy likely with people out Christmas shopping and she was so grateful for the business and to be at her job. Please send our appreciation and tell her we say thank you for everything, we appreciated her generosity after a long work week.
- DFDestiny FernandezDec 3, 20251.0ordered in advance and still had to wait 20 mins for my order this isn’t The first time I order from this location every time I’ve gone to this location the order is never ready for pick up as stated on the app I get there and they haven’t even started working on the order , when I got my coffee it was watered down no flavor so had to wait longer so they can remake this isn’t there first time I have this problem at this location every other Dutch bros location I’ve gone to has great service and has my order ready when I pre-order on the app. This location is just very unorganized with a lot of young kids working there’s no order save your money

I have been to this location probably 5 times in the last 2 months and almost every single time something was wrong with my order. I got a rebel and wanted the boba, those got forgotten, I asked for an extra shot with my golden eagle because I had lots of studying to do that day and it tasted like pure milk and was literally white. My friend got a regular one at a different store and hers tastes more like coffee than mine did, today I redeemed my birthday reward, placed the mobile order and went to grab it, couldn’t find it in the system so I had to show him the order which he barely looked at and typed in the tablet. 10 minutes later my drink was ready and was made wrong was missing cream and the drizzle I asked for, not a big deal just annoying that I can’t rely on getting what I ordered

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
