So ridiculous to wait 2 hours to get two medium pizzas and them thinking that this is just normal and acceptable. Not ok and horrible customer service.

Most times I get a "very sorry about that let me send out another order for you" or something to that effect. The last time it took an hour and a half for me to get my remake. This time I called wondering why it is that the website gives a time-frame for delivery and yet again to no surprise its late. I spoke with a cheerful girl that said she was very sorry. Said no issue I can have them remake it. Then said I was going to be charged the delivery fee again for their mistake. When I said they've never charged me for a remake she got the manager Paige. Paige was very curt with me and said it's not something she can wave, she'll get in trouble. I asked what her title was, she said general manager. I asked who her supervisor was. She said he supervises multiple stores but would not give me a name. I said so how do I speak with someone above you? She said you don't, she is the top. If she is the top who is it exactly that is going to get her in trouble? We'll see if I continue to receive poor delivery. I'm a bit worried that it will always be poor quality now, especially after I finally complain and leave a review.
