So she made a rude comment to me under her breath because I did not want two tortillas on my burrito. I did not have them remake the burrito, I let them pour all the burrito contents into another tortilla. And some of my queso I paid extra for, was left in the original tortilla that ripped. I was very understanding, I’m not sure why she got frustrated and made a rude comment under her breath and looking at me very rudely. Also, christian, the guy on the register, was very nice to me. I appreciated that. The way Christian showed professionalism, he should be the manager.
