    I ordered the new steak bowl with Mac n cheese,steak and onion rings . When I got my food ,I noticed that when I took a bite the Mac n cheese was frozen still. And I immediately went to manager, letting them know the situation. The manager warmed it up but I told her if I can get refund and different food because I didn't trust this Mac n cheese but she Said try the new bowl, if it's still frozen then will make you another meal. I told her thar I just want a refund,and give me a sandwich instead but refused. Pray I don't get food poisoning for this đŸ˜©

    I nearly always get the same thing because I love it, which is the turkey and bacon sandwich. There is a lot of meat and the bacon is crisp and everything is very fresh. Not too crazy about the sauces they offer but that’s not needed on what I usually get. Four stars for the service is just taking one star off because a few times I’ve been there the staff has been really cold and rude people inside. Most of the time I do the drive-through and that’s iffy as well. But the good ones are really really good super friendly! I really need to start giving their names because I think that’s important.
