For management you need a strong leader who helps staff and the customer. She did neither of it. She had also locked her keys in the office so I couldn’t get help. I had to leave over $180 worth of food. For how expensive food is now you would think Albertsons would appreciate their regular customers. Albertsons you can do better than this management.

Upon arriving, I confirmed a 10:00 PM closing time. However, a security guard informed me that the store was closed. It was 9:38 PM! I requested to speak to the supervisor, who was out clearing carts. I confirmed his identity and asked if the store was closed at 10:00 PM, as per their online posting and customer service call in line. I was told that I couldn’t be serviced. The supervisor explained that he was instructed by his supervisor to be out by 10:00 PM and that he had to “stop letting guests in at some point.” I tried to explain that this didn’t make sense because their store policy, adjusted for Christmas hours, stated that they would be open until 10:00 PM. They should have been able to keep the doors open until 10:00 PM and then remain available to finish closing out the remaining customers. I was informed that the registers shut down at 10:10 PM, and he only had one person left on the register. I don’t understand how they allowed only one person to work the register on Christmas Eve. How could a store manager turn away not just one person but at least 15 people at 20 minutes before closing? Why would a district manager tell his store manager to allow this to happen? Why was I told about their budget cuts, and why was I made to feel that any of this was the guest’s fault? I am extremely disappointed.

Recently did some last item shopping for the holidays and my phone went kaput before I could clip the digital coupon on some Farmer John’s Bacon. A managerial person Andrea, saw my plight and dilemma and said with a cheerful smile said not a problem, let the front cashier know what happened. I also had assistance from Keith in the seafood department, a very knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful employee. I was assisted by KeKe at checkout who was also very helpful and efficient . Excellent customer service at Albertsons. Thank you Keith, KeKe, and Andrea at this incredible Albertsons. 👍🇺🇸

They are always friendly and ready to joke around. The selection is amazing there is plenty to choose from and they have dairy free food. It was serene and very clean. It is not far from where I live so even if you do not have a car you can still shop. 10 out of 10 will keep coming back. The staff are so nice and checkout is fast. The staff are quick to scan and bag.
