- RFrussell frostNov 14, 20251.0Avoid this store. This store is just down the street from my home but I've just given up and I go to Winco across town because it's a vastly better store. My problems are as follows. The store is extremely understaffed. If you need help or have a question, you are basically on your own. Ok, it's a grocery store, maybe not the end of the world but what this also means is that it's not stocked. If you require something from one of the service counters, give up. I've been told there's a new GM who is going to fix things. That's nice but maybe this could have been addressed before Thanksgiving weekend? Maybe the problems, given the reviews here, were evident long ago? All in all, like I said at the top, your time is better spent going to another store where these problems are not so out of control.

Absolute nightmare. Place item in search bar and zilch, nada, nothing. Also, can buy macaroni salad, chicken, and wedges, but potato salad is linked to fried chicken dinner and must enter separately as a dinner. Really stupid set-up.

Twice in a row i’ve had problems with this service whether its the app itself or the plain lack of customer service from the dug employees something has to change. Have had to waste so much time when this is supposed to be convenient for customers. Do better.
