  I recently visited this Subway Sandwich Store located inside a gas station on my way home from Los Angeles and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, I ordered the Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch Sandwich with multigrain bread, but I found the bread to be quite dry, which affected the overall taste of the sandwich. It was a bit disappointing considering the variety of bread options available. The staff at this Subway location were friendly when taking our order, but unfortunately, there were some issues with the sandwiches. On one of the sandwiches, they omitted the tomatoes and added peppers, despite our explicit request not to include them. Luckily, we were not allergic to peppers, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless. Due to being on the road, we chose not to return to the store to have the order corrected. While waiting for our order, we overheard another customer returning because their sandwich had lettuce, to which they were allergic. The fact that another customer had to come back to correct an order mistake made us question the attention to detail in the overall sandwich preparation process at this Subway location. In conclusion, while the staff was friendly and the service was prompt, the issues with the dry multigrain bread and the incorrect sandwich toppings on one of our orders, combined with witnessing another customer's similar experience, left me with a less-than-satisfactory impression of this Subway store.
