    It's McDonald's it's hit or miss here on the service sometimes they make it proper sometimes it's sloppy.

    Dear McDonald’s Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally report a customer service concern regarding my recent visit to the McDonald’s located in Azusa (Store #4089). During my visit, I entered the restaurant and waited at the front counter to place an order. Both an employee and the shift supervisor identified as Diana, appeared to notice that I was waiting for an extended period of time; however, I was not acknowledged or assisted in any way. After several additional minutes had passed, I approached them to ask if I was going to be helped. Supervisor Diana informed me that they were completing other orders and stated that I could use the self-service kiosk instead. While I understand that McDonald’s locations are often busy, I found this response disappointing. A simple acknowledgment or brief communication—such as informing me that assistance would be provided shortly—would have gone a long way in demonstrating basic customer care. Unfortunately, that did not occur, and the lack of acknowledgment made me feel undervalued as a customer. This experience ultimately prompted me to contact corporate, as it does not reflect the level of service I expect from McDonald’s. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern.
