  Seriously Macd ? Please change the workers if they can’t work and prepare the food on time . There were 10 employees working at the same time ? The customers were less , still the order was late like every time .

  The store is employees are useless. There were 8 employees working at the same time, also there were very less customers but still I waited 30 minutes extra from estimated time. Not cool :( 1 star for customer service and long wait time always

  Rude employees, I understand that you're frustrated at work sometimes but you close at 11pm it was only 9pm you can make a meal before then. TOOK TWENTY MINUTES, which is fine. But for them to be on us about what we wanted and for them to take their sweet time and not giving us a update on how long it would take on our food to be made was frustrating. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER ABOUT THE STATUS. Also extremely rude to my father! He was reading the menu to see what he wanted but the guy kept saying "what do you want" every ten seconds even though my father said one minute please. No one was in front of us and no one was behind us in line. So this was a bad experience overall. I mean you can all go here im not telling you not to. But I wanted to put this out there for others as well to see if others had this frustrating experience too. Food was OKAY you know what you're getting when you come here.

  Only saw one piece of trash on the floor, deep under an object, very patient and nice staff, and it's not dry, the McCrispy Spicy Deluxe is the item I recommend, a staff is actively cleaning as of writing this! Not to mention, the people in the store are respectful, there are not many people in at a time and they have window seats, table seats, and you can choose cushioned seats or normal seats, they keep the cusioned out of the sun so they don't heat up too much!

  The employee were very slow , one of the Mexican ladies was regularly on phone call and packing the food with another hand . Very disappointed 😔 1 star for long wait and bad customer service
