- YDYuliya DurhamFeb 20, 20261.0I have ordered double protein sandwich to take out, but I have got less than even a portion of protein on my sandwich. Plus, there was no receipt in a bag. I called the shop to complain about it, they said my info will be delivered to manager and hang up on me. So I stayed with no sandwich, no refund and rude customer service. I do not recommend this place.

She has worked here for several years and previously served as a manager, even running shifts entirely on her own. Despite that, she always maintained exceptional speed, accuracy, and professionalism. What truly sets her apart is her work ethic and commitment to food safety all while maintaining a kind, patient, and positive attitude—even during the busiest and most stressful times. I’ve personally witnessed her manage high-volume shifts flawlessly while still making every customer feel welcomed and valued. She has even been publicly recognized by other customers in the past for her efficiency and outstanding service, which speaks volumes. With the new ownership, I sincerely hope her dedication and leadership are recognized. She is without question one of the most valuable assets this location has, and the level of service she provides is a major reason customers keep coming back. They have an amazing Employee that I feel goes above and beyond for her customers and the way she treats customers and prepares Your Food.
