It’s very convenient to be able to order on the mobile app and go pick it up, but it’s literally been years since I’ve been able to actually make a substitution selection on the app or add in any of their boosts, free or not. I’ve left feedback on the app multiple times and have told them in the store (even though I know that they most likely cannot control that). It’s just super frustrating. Boosts are literally the point of going to Jamba Juice instead of somewhere else. Please fix, thank you!!!
