    Ordered a burrito bowl and the person making my bowl asked if I wanted guacamole, so he put the guacamole on and then the cheese. So that way, the guacamole didn't stick to the lid, smart guy. Excellent customer service in the Auburn Chipotle.

    Placed an order through the app, they gave us a completely different order. Tried calling but wont be let through to the restaurant as "they need to asnwer more important calls" and wouldn't get transferred to a real person, only ai. They refused to give me a refund online, telling me to call the store, WHICH I TRIED. waste of money and the employees are rude.
