  Made a order they told me to go set in #1 spot wait for order .I waited literally w0 minutes had to go inside ask about my order .yes they forgot it and no they were not busy. Then when I get home fries were cold along with hamburgers. Everytime I go there it's always something. ALWAYS.

  Bad customer service, ordered dessert through the drive thru. First window was unsure of my order and had me pull through to second window to a person with braids to say oven was “down” while smirking with no resolution but that my refund would be returned in two hours. Honestly seem like a lie. Better off going to Bell drive Mcds.

  Horrible service they always park you even when there's no rush and even for orders as small as a coffee. They always forget sauces even when you remind them at the window before they park you. Then you have to wait at least 15 minutes for a simple non customized sandwich.

  How about 20 minutes in the parking lot for 2 chicken sandwiches and 20 piece nugget. Fast food right.

  Tell me how the heck are you gonna have a play place and no changing table for little ones? Absolutely unbelievable. To add to the fire the bathrooms were filthy to the point it felt nasty just being in there. If I can’t trust the bathrooms to be clean I can’t trust the food either.
