    love taco bell but some of the people who work here at the atwater one are very rude for no reason. thanks for the burrito i guess :/ They don't offer any sauce inside the store multiple times. wish i could just get it myself.

    The young lady that took my order around 645/650 was rude.... I asked for fresh chalupa shell because my pervious experience buying the shell was rock hard and she told me " well they just like that once the air hits them," which they are qite not ( i worked for your other branch for almost 2 years) but to respond to customers with a rude tone and manner is crazy ....hopefully a manager had ahead set on .. I won't be visiting tacobell for a while anymore ... especially this location

    I never had a problem eating there. I didn't have a problem with my order. I just didn't like the way A employee handled a lady(kinda complain about not getting napkins). The employee shoves the costumer napkins, turns around and yells out "White People!" I feel like it was a bit racist; If someone working there yelled out [black people] referring to a whole race is a type of way for wanting Paper Towels. They would be fired. Taco bell should not hire a person that goes off for asking for napkins. 11/14/25 at around 7:03 pm.
