Worst subway restaurant ever ordered at! Do not order here! I was ordering online and by mistake I ordered at this location . As soon as I figured it went to this location I called the store and confirmed to please cancel the order and refund back the money and they cancelled the order. It’s been a month and I even reached out to the subway for my money back but the owner refuse to refund, and stopped responding online. Subway customer service is awful as well!!

I can tell an employee there named Jas has not been told off yet on how she needs to behave better towards the customers. From what I've read and seen myself, she's always hiding in the back and almost never helping the rest of the employees even when there's a big line, has a horrible attitude towards customers, and seems to only want things to go her way. Come to find out that not only is she the manager, but related to the owner of that store! No wonder she keeps getting away with her bad behavior!! There's also two I've seen with short stature that wear glasses that behave the same way, tho I don't know if they're all related...

I never post reviews anywhere because I understand that people have bad days. Unfortunately, based on previous reviews, this is a reoccurring issue with the same employee and store manager, Jaz. I picked up my online order and the conversation started with her stating "We didn't notice the special instructions so we didn't cook the bacon." I asked if they could cook it as ordered which I was told no because it costs extra and I didn't pay for that. I offered to pay and was refused because the she claimed not to know much it cost. I got home and the bacon was raw so I called back to speak with upper management. The same lady named Jazz, was extremely rude and confrontational. She kept cutting me off which she also did in store, and refused to answer my questions. I understand that mistakes happen but there is no reason for her to argue and refuse to let me speak. She was hesitant to give me the owners name and ended up hanging up on me when I asked why she was being so confrontational over uncooked bacon. I went online and someone posted a similar review involving her 1 week ago. I see multiple negative reviews for the same issue with this same lady. This type of behavior and customer interaction would be unacceptable at any other establishment - for this, I will not be returning.

I love their food, but the customer service is awful. The manager lady refuses to warm my flat bread. I'm the customer. Every other Subway gives me the disclaimer that it is not recommended but they still do it as I am the paying customer. She has told me, "I don't care. I will not do it." She is making a point. I reported her rudeness to corporate and actually received an apology from the owner (related to her) but when I returned she once again refused. It is a convenient location that I would go to weekly, so it bums me out. But I have now not entered there in over a year. The last time I was there, I ordered and she heard from the back and came running out and said, "we are not doing that." She was not even working the counter but made it a point to run out and be mean and show me that I was not getting away with it.

If I could out a 0 star I would rude customer service. When I tried to enter I was asked to wait as they mopped the floor understanding I waited for it to be dry. Once it was I walk in and was yelled at to leave and wait as the floor was wet. I responded that the floor was dry and were just entering. Since I was yelled at “ can you not wait like I asked we just mopped” at this point I left very disappointed will not come back.
