Paid cash, was told to order at the kiosk, got me a hot mocha coffee only to be told I couldn't order it when I went to pay. I told the lady I hated the change of not getting assistance when ordering only to be told her coworker could have helped me.
Guess they didn't like that cuz they put my daughters food in a bag and just yelledy name and walked off instead of bringing her order to our table in the play area with the #5 on the table the kiosk told me to grab.
I don't care they are the only fastfood with a playground, I will never go there again.

Owner should consider hiring more folks full time to cut down on wait times. Staff are always working hard it just gets mad busy

I don't like coming to these fast food places, I really like spending my money at small mom and pops locations , but i was with my kids and they wanted to eat here .
First thing i come in wait by the registers for a couple minutes, the " cashier " tells me that if i know how to order at the kiosk, I let her know that I rather not . She walks over and tells me that she can help me 🙄 . I don't think its her fault but , I just paid over $30 for 3 low quality breakfasts , and I have to place my own order !? She could not help me at the registers but she was going help me at the kiosk ! Crazy ! That would be the same as her taking my order ! I can use the kiosk , but i don't know why I am paying and have to charge myself.
The next customer also let her know that he didn't want to use the kiosk, and she helped him order , this happened with every customer since I was there . She might as well took the order at the register . The kiosk still had the nerve to as me if I wanted to round up , or donate , so McDonald's can donate my money and take the credit and tax credits. I should have tipped myself at this point .
They did bring us the food to the table , but no ketchup and the straws are not located near the soda machine. Back to the kiosk , they didn't even charge me because this system is so confusing. Of course I se told my son to go pay because I was already not happy, the cashier was thought I wanted to order again, I had to explain that I press that my payment was going to be cash , she let me know that when choosing cash you have to go to the register after 🙄😀😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is McCraaaaazy
If i return to a McDonald's it will be here it will definitely be drive thru only , people let's spend our money where they have cashiers that cashier 😀

This place is ridiculous, twice now we've order through the drive thru and have gotten ripped off.. We pay for food and its not provided is absolutely not acceptable...
