  This was my go to grocery store for almost 40 years. No more. Albertsons Company ruined Vons. There is no customer service. The employees incessantly complain every time I'm there. Morale is at its worst. Customers with SNAP are treated with distain, Senior Citizens are left to fend for themselves with no assistance when they need it. If you read other reviews you'll see consumer confidence is rapidly decreasing. Mine became zero when the employees at customer service yelled at me in front of the whole store & it wasn't the first time. That can't be fixed. There are other places to buy groceries. Vons/Albertsons does not care. No response necessary.

  I honestly cannot believe how bad my experience was at the Starbucks inside this store. I walked up just trying to order my drink, and the older barista was already rolling her eyes like helping me was some massive inconvenience. The drink I was trying to order was the same free promo drink they were giving away the day before. I literally got it from this exact location less than 24 hours earlier. But the older barista immediately snapped that she didn’t “have TikTok” and had “no idea what I was talking about,” and insisted I “didn’t get that from them.” The attitude alone was unbelievable, but then she tried to charge me two or three times the normal amount on top of it. Just to be clear: this was the older lady. The younger Asian barista was the complete opposite—super kind, patient, and you could tell she genuinely felt bad about what was happening. She was the only reason I didn't say something to management on the spot. The energy from the older barista was so hostile and dismissive that I ended up leaving without my drink at all. I’ll gladly take my business to the standalone Starbucks on the corner, where people actually seem like they want to help customers. If someone is that irritable and that unwilling to handle basic customer service, management needs to step in—because right now, customers are the ones paying for it, literally and figuratively. Zero stars if I could. I’m not coming back.

  Usually good, but some dark haired insufferable woman likes to berate people and doesn't promote a friendly environment. Fire her.

  Very bad customer service. Today was my first day to enter vons Atascadero location as a doordasher to pick up my order. I asked about the pickup slot they guide me… but the employee who was preparing the order made me scan the barcodes from the cart and didn’t include the barcodes on the bags( 3 bags with codes) and 3 without which made my delivery like impossible…. I contacted my company about what happened and went back to vons to report what happened… i saw the one who did it and ask him for his manager he told there is he… and the employee disappeared! I told what happened he was i have more experience than you and sometimes we dont but barcodes on each bag ! Which is not true at all and he was talking with ego…. This place need more employees that know in customer service! That happened with me on Monday at approximately 4 pm … the manager I talked with is called mike ! I he is full of discrimination! He didn’t say sry or we will tc next time he was just i have more experience than you!

  Crystal at self check out was super sweet and talked with me while she helped me with the app haha very helpful and made me feel less awkward trying to figure it out
