  I've had a lot of bad experiences here, but my most recent one involved the Grinchmas Meal. I ordered three of these things, mainly because my kids were super excited to try the "dill pickle" fries, which you make using a special bag and seasoning packet they provide. Got home, kids were stoked - and hungry. Opened them up and...no dill pickle salt. I called, and was told, "Oh yeah, we've been out of salt for two days. Didn't the cashier tell you?" They hadn't of course, and I said so. I was polite. But when I told the lady this was the main reason I'd ordered the thing in the first place, she said that "no McDonald's anywhere has the dill pickle salt at the moment", but if I wanted a refund or any kind of compensation I'd have to drive back (10 minute drive each way) and return everything. The kids were hungry and it was already late, so that wasn't really an option. Lately, I just feel like every time I eat here its 1) Expensive, 2) Almost always messed up in some way (stone cold items, burned items, burgers without a top bun or missing patties - both of which have actually happened to me here, entire items simply missing from the order, etc.), and 3) some form of drama is nearly always unfolding on or near the premises (raving homeless person screaming at my window, some rando being interrogated and/or arrested nearby, etc.), to the point where more often than not, I would actually feel uncomfortable bringing my kids inside. You need to do better, McDonald's. You're not the only game in town.

  Clean, the staff always seem stressed but it gets busy there so be understanding. For McDonald's you won't find much better! I take my 2 boys there once a week.

  It's easy on and off the freeway. But service can be slow. And the food if your order is correct is enough to get you back on the road. Can't expect much from mcdonalds but this one more times then not seems to lower the bar.

  Unfortunately, they had the breakfast menu up, which was totally fine. I ordered what I thought was something from the breakfast menu. They gave me a quarter pounder with cheese that’s not something I really eat, but I was gonna eat it anyways, but then I went to go eat it there was no ketchup or condiments on the burger and the fries had no salt which tasted really bad so I called to try to get some verification and kind of just give them a heads up like maybe they should change their menu instead the girl that answered the phone gave me so much attitude. I asked her what her name was. She refused to give me her name and then threatened to call the police on me. Don’t ever go to this McDonald’s it’s not worth it
