  The food was very delicious and the young lady who took my order at the front was very polite and professional. She got my order correct on the first try even though my accent can be a little strong, but she was very patient and understanding. Overall I like the calm atmosphere of this place and its food.

  On Sunday, December 14th 2025, around 6:30 PM, I went to pick up my chicken order. I told the young woman employee I was there to order the chicken, but she didn't hear me. I repeated the request, but she still didn't hear me. I told her who the customer was, and she didn't hear me. I repeated it three more times, and I almost yelled, saying she could hear me. From what I could tell, this was clearly intentional. The employee was a young woman in her early 20s with dyed hair, so there was no way she wouldn't have heard. It was clearly discriminatory and intentional. As a Korean, this was my first time at a Korean chicken restaurant, and I was so shocked and dumbfounded. If it weren't a Korean brand, I wouldn't have tolerated it. But I'm still angry. I hope the owner trains his employees properly. If anything like this happens again, I will absolutely not tolerate it.
