We’ve never had it because we know how expensive it is, but some families on our baseball team were going there so we decided to try it out. Every single person we were there with order was wrong. One of our moms took hers back, at the same time I took mine back. She got her new one, wrong again. I think they were flustered with that because they never even made mine. I ended up leaving without getting/eating the food I paid for. The two other burgers we ordered were wrong as well, but they were edible so we didn’t send them back, mine on the other hand may have belonged to someone else because it wasn’t even remotely what I ordered. $60 down the drain. If you are going to charge a crazy amount for burgers, take the time and train your employees. Do whatever In n Out is doing. I spend $33 on my family of 4 at In n Out and it’s never wrong. Today I spent $60 on my family of 4 and every burger was wrong. 🤯

- EREmma RogerMar 25, 20265.0I came in today and I was greeted quickly by the manager at the register and he gave excellent instructions and did an amazing job explaining the menu he seemed very happy to take my order he was genuine and handed me my order number and told me his name was Andrew and he was the manager on duty the way he interacted with customers and his crew made my day 😁

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
