First said we'd have to pay for it, then blamed it on us giving the drink to our 13 year old then switched to saying we didn't tell them that we wanted a drink with his meal, we'll it's supposed to come with one the manager even admitted that it was supposed to. We're not walking into another McDonald's we've had other bad experiences with service at this McDonald's location but it's the first time I've complained

Today, after already paying for my full meal, I asked for a single ranch packet. The manager (the smug guy who rang me up) actually demanded I pay extra – 38 cents, like it's some luxury item. Seriously? One basic condiment costs extra now? Regular employees have hooked me up with ranch plenty of times before with zero hassle, but this power-tripping manager has pulled this cheap stunt on me multiple times. It's obvious he gets some sick little thrill out of nickel-and-diming customers over something that costs the store literally pennies. What a sad, petty way to flex your "authority." This isn't customer service; it's straight-up greed and arrogance from a guy who clearly hates his job and takes it out on paying customers. Owners: Pull up my receipts – you'll see how often I've been in. This is the "thanks" I get? Pathetic. With tons of better McDonald's in Eureka and McKinleyville (ones that aren't run by miserable tightwads), I'm done. Never stepping foot in this dump again. I'll be telling every single person I know – friends, family, coworkers, anyone who'll listen – to boycott this location like the plague. Go somewhere else where they don't treat you like a criminal for asking for one damn sauce. Absolute joke of a manager. Do better or close down.
