Yep, saved money but burns out the staff more quickly and the customers... oh, wait, I forgot, who gives a damn about the customer anymore? And they wonder why their business, as well as hundreds of others, are failing. Well, if Corporate can't figure it out, I'm sure as hell not going to tell them. lol
