However when we went to eat dinner the service and kitchen was a big let down. We sat down and Killian came and greated is and we ordered drinks which were fine. We ordered dinner tho and I made asked for my ranch and jalapenos on the side. We also asked for ketchup and mustard and silverware and napkins. After 30 minutes a food runner brought us our food and I asked for my ranch and jalapenos because he didn't bring those, he admits he forgot to grab then and then never came back. I soon realized at that point that my burger was made wrong anyways. Another 10 minutes pass before our server came by. We told her the problem and we also asked for the condiments and napkins and stuff again. Another 20 minutes pass before I got my food. My boyfriend had already finished eating. I ate and we asked for mgr, we still never got napkins or silverware I had to ask the bar for cocktail napkins. Anyways. We were offered dessert at 1st then the mgr took it off the bill. Over all just not the service I expected.
