Even when Gizelle asked us twice if we wanted a receipt and initially we said no, she had no problem going above and beyond when we realized we should have asked for a copy as we were dining as a group. We do believe this location needs to schedule staff accordingly, especially areas where customers are dining. We did feel the sense of urgency from the team but wait times for food and drinks were a bit too long. Had a great time playing games, watching the Lakers, and the food was good. Thank you!

Our waiter was inattentive from the start, and we went a long time without being checked on. A food runner dropped a wing on the table and picked it up with his bare hand, nearly placing it back on the plate, which makes you wonder what type of food safety and training they are getting in the kitchen if he thought that was okay. We finished our wings without a chance to mention that our egg rolls were cold, and I had to get up to order my beer and get our own drink refills. We planned to order more but left early. Management handled things professionally, but the overall experience fell short.

Modern games with really cool human crane, modern arcade games with awesome visuals and great ticketed machines and some decent claw machines. Dave and Busters did always have pretty cool prizes too! Fun for family but generally for dates and adult gatherings.
