  Cuidado con el personal me atendió una señora llamada Juana S.muy grosera y déspota solo porq le dije que el pollo estaba muy seco y la caja estaba hasta fría cuando otras veces q compro la caja se siente hasta caliente porq es de plástico resistente Pero lo tocaba estába súper frío y seco el pollo cuando lo pedí jugoso me respondió muy grosera lo quieres crudo?al igual llamo a otra mujer y se está an burlando,solo dije está bien dame el pollo y noe lo daban solo se burlaban lo malo q ya lo había pagado no me podía ir sin el pollo😢

  Malísima atención al cliente. Estaba esperando mi orden mientras las empleadas hablaban de los demás. La señora Natalie es muy mal hablada y su aspecto se ve muy sucio y desagradable.

  This place is better than other el pollo locos. For one, the sauce is not diluted. Some other el pollo locos add ice to their salsas as the day progresses so it stays cold but... it also gets more watery. This place keeps it in the fridge. Chicken are ingredients are usually fresh, although occasionally they're not. Sometime it's the tomatoes or onions, but other than that..... it's a nice and good friendly place. Nice people like Julissa who works there

  March 17, 2026 2pm. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER A BURRITO. You will get 1 bite of guacamole and 3 small bites of shredded chicken. It’s really a bean and rice burrito with cabbage. I use to get burritos here and they had chicken in them and guacamole in almost every bite. The young man didn’t understand what a wanted and then the little lady, Guadalupe, lied to me. She is very sweet and nice but when you ask if there is chunk chicken m, she says yes. More than 2 bite of guacamole mashed into the tortilla, she says yes. L i e s. So you also cannot trust the cooks to give you the proper food. Nor the menu. My burrito was chunk chicken but I got a little shredded.The pictures look nothing like food you receive. You all have been warned. Do not buy any burrito! Same with the tacos. 2 small bites of shredded chicken. This place is so insulting to paying customers. IMO. Oh and if you ask for 4 salsa’s you get 3. If you ask for 3 you get 2. For some reason they can count.
