  Shante made us feel like we were at home in our back yard. She was so nice! Her smile was so great. It shine beyond presence. Amazing service I will always come back and hope that she’s here to grace us with her presence. We love to see her. Shante should be gown a raise!!! 😘😘😘

  Bartenders are rude and dismissive. We started with placing orders at the table and no one checked in on us throughout the night. Some other people with us ordered at the bar. Very strict with checking licenses, which I understand, but one of us who already ordered at the table was waiting a long time for someone to come by the table. Had a friend take her ID up to the bar, couldn’t get her drink. We waited at the table and no one checked on us. Went to the bar and the bartender had the drink ready but never came to check on us. He said there was just the two of them and the rest of our party came up to order so he did not come to us. We are the only ones here as of 12-close. This place has changed. We used to have service at the table but even going to the bar to close out, they were very rude. “Can I help you?”. Will not be coming back.

  So we came here with another family to have the kids run around. Shante had such a great attitude. She rushed to get us all sat cleaning the table and floors. She communicated everything and made the whole ordeal of having to refill cards a lot simpler. If I knew she'd be my server id probably come alot more often. I need more positivity like her around.

  I've been to this DB twice now, yesterday I went for my nephews bday party. I paid my check (party of 5) seperate and not only did they add the play cards on this bill with the food, and I was told we were more than 7 people. I figured I was beign charged the tip for the whole party. Then my in-laws got their check they paid cash and when asked they also got charged a tip and the play cards were also on their bill. Mind you I got to DB first ordered my food and let the server know it was going to be seperate checks. She charged my in-laws they paid cash and funny enough the actual total with tip was not on the receipt. It looked like they only paid for food and the tip was not added. Im not sure what kind of scam is being done, after I spoke to a manager the server comes by and asks if everything is OK and says she wants to make sure she has a job tomorrow 🤔. Why say that if you did nothing wrong. Im all for giving a tip specially when the server gives great service, but to sneaky in this way. I also got charged for an extra drink. After speaking to a 2nd manager I got my tip refunded plus the drink I never got, and was told that because we technically were there with eachother (we sat in different tables) they are allowed to charge the gratuity on both checks??? Why not tell people that ?? Why not say hey u might want to just get 1 check ??? Why not add the added gratuity on my inlaws check???I dk what DB was trying to do here but be very careful when going in groups. I give 2 stars bc the manager did refund me the tip P.S the server kept waiting for me to leave to bring my in-laws receipt and eventually 20 min later brought if bc she saw I was not leaving.Sneaky sneaky.

  I had the opportunity to bring my kids here for a nice play day, as i arrived, set up my kids with their play cards i was exausted from the drive, i decided to get a beer. As i walked up to the bar i waited about five minutes on a quiet morning maybe one or two customers at the bar, employees were standing around and no one bothered to come up to me for all that time???? Horrible customer service , on top of that i am a 40 year old parent she insisted to see my ID, she made me walk 10 minutes back to my car and back just to verify me before serving me a beer. Lastly, i had no choice but to walk to my car and get my ID, as i came back it took another 5-10 minutes for them to come check my ID and ask me what i like to drink or eat. I would never bring my kids here ever again, nor i would ever suggest anyone i know to come here. It upsets me dearly when i experience this type of customer service. Employees need to be re-trained for better customer service or fired. Quiet simple FYI: I asked for something spicy with my chips and salsa and that never was given either. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
