  1st bad review I have to post. We mobile ordered said it would be ready by 4:20 was ready at 4:50 messed up the order. We went back waited another 1 an a half to say we had to bring back the messed up order so they could throw it out. And still was given a hard time to finally get out sandwich. This is why I go to jersey Mike's

  If I could rate 0 stars I would. Me and my family were just there. Was greeted by the 1 guy working the counter, and then waited patiently for him to finish his mobile order. Then he grabbed another mobile order and started making that order. And in 15 minutes of standing there, he said NOTHING to us as we waited to be helped. And in the meantime, 2 people came in after us and then 3 more came in as we decided to leave because we were not being helped at all. Not sure what the deal is, but where did customer service or ANY communication go? Are you all trying to force us to ONLY order through delivery services??? I will never go back. Hope others have a better experience there. Hope the people behind us didnt have to be treated as we were.

  NEVER go here i placed an order through pickup which was 1 foot long and 1 six inch both were supposed to be toasted and my six inch had avocado. My boyfriend went to pick it up and when we opened our food at home they both not toasted and there was no avocado. I tried to call multiple times and the employees answered and then would go on mute as if the phone was broken. I proceeded to go in store, when I got there my boyfriend calls me and says he has been calling and it was now going straight to voicemail. I then told them that I had tried to call and the young man said yeah we answered but and then shrugged as if the phones weren’t working. I explained what was wrong and he was starting to remake the sandwiches which he almost made wrong again even with the receipt right in front of him. He even started to make the footlong with ALL the toppings the 6 inch was supposed to have. I was over it at this point and didn’t even say anything. As he is making the food I am looking around and it is DISGUSTING in there. I will NEVER go back. They didn’t even seem sorry or anything no apology or anything they just simply did not care.
