  We stopped in to grab lunch last week. We ordered on a kiosk, and others ahead of us had as well. Some customers were frustrated about ordering that way and how it could affect the ability to receive the order correctly, timely, etc. I have to agree that it is easier to talk to someone who takes my order. However, my desire to write a review is to praise these young workers who didn't fold under the pressure of so many orders to fill, spills happening, guests who were voicing their frustrations, and so on. They were obviously in a lunch rush and didn't hesitate to offer friendly service. Especially to note are Matthew and Emily. They were very focused on their job, were friendly to us when we had to interrupt for ketchup and extra things, and overall gave us a good experience.

  Great customer service, especially a young gentlemen yesterday morning (8:40) drive T Window See pic of caramel macchiato, THAT is how is supposed to look, at this location customers actually get what they paid for And my personal experience, they always deliver excellent customer service
