  I have been coming to this location for at least 10 years. The food is good and I have been mostly satisfied enough with the service until today. I put in an online order which I have done many times before. It was one sandwich and two wraps. When I got there a half hour later, the young lady making the sandwiches told me that she hadn’t made my order yet and that it was up next when I asked. I waited while she made at least six or seven other sandwiches, and another employee working with her even asked her if she had made the order with my name on it already. She said “Yes I have it over here, I’m going to make it soon.” She did not. I watched at least five or six more people come in the door and place new orders after that which she made and had them seated and eating while I was still waiting. And then I asked her if she still had a ticket with my order on it back there and she said impatiently, “Yes I do!” I probably waited in total at least 30-35 minutes and this was after placing an online order that was already about 30 minutes old when I arrived. I understand that restaurants get busy, but the fact that I noticed her making new orders and giving multiple other customers that came in after me their online orders while my old online order somehow was being skipped over is ridiculous. I almost feel like she was ignoring my order for a while on purpose. I’m not exactly sure why as I was polite and didn’t show any aggression. Maybe she didn’t like that I asked about my order a few times, but anybody would after experiencing what I did. I feel like a lot of other customers would’ve made a scene about it. I have too much class for that however, I do not appreciate being treated that way.
