I showed my Pizza Hut no receipt on my Pizza Hut account/ my emailed receipt/ and also my Venmo payment receipt . I was treated as if I never placed an order. I was told they will “REMAKE” a pizza they NEVER MADE AS HE COULDN’T find it in his system. Made the pizza and overcooked the cheese pizza they asked me what I wanted them to do. I asked him what could he do? Mind you I had 3 kids in the car hungry / 2 on the spectrum and are crying for this pizza. Waited for burnt pizza , asked for a drink for the inconvenience and he said No. Wow We eat at Pizza Hut twice a week due to their food sensitivities.I WILL NEVER GIVE ANY PIZZA HUT ANOTHER $1. I hope it was worth it as God don’t like ugly.
