  I waited probably 30+ minutes for my pizza and cinnastix. There wasn’t anybody dining in so I’m not sure why it took the time it did. I noticed the girls making the pizza weren’t wearing food safety gloves. That made me uncomfortable and I wanted to just refund what I ordered and leave but I didn’t want to be THAT person and I was really craving some pizza. My cinnastix were still somewhat raw inside when I got home to eat them and they really didn’t have a lot of cinnamon topping on them it was mostly just bread :( the pizza was okay in that it seemed cooked through but $25 for a small is just outrageous. Please wear gloves when you’re prepping people’s food 🥴

  Ultimately I came to leave an upsetting review, but things ended up amazing! I seen the line running real slow in the back until a young Hispanic boy showed up and got things moving along alot faster, found out his name is Hector. Another great spirit was Gracie. I strongly believe them two made my visit to the pizza factory a great experience

  Ordered for delivery and was over 45 minutes late. When I called the guy in charge (supervisor/manager?) was very unprofessional and just made excuses. I asked why they couldn’t just call to tell me it was delayed and he said they didn’t have time for that. Got my pizza ok, breadsticks were not hot and one of the marinara cups had opened and spilled. This is the third time I’ve had a late or bad delivery.
