  I just went through drive thru got home only had one Big Mac I paid for 2 and tried to call but no one answered the phone so disappointed because it was for my kid I will never go here again

  Always messing up simple orders yet they want more money. Maybe learn to pay attention before you cry about wanting more money for a job you can even do right.

  It's very sad McDonald's is always packed and they can't even afford a new menu board it's been like this for a year now how are people supposed to know what to order if they don't really come to McDonald's

  Not sure how Ilene and Marcella even have jobs at McDonald’s. The worst customer service my family and I have EVER received. And that says a lot. We will never be returning to this McDonald’s again. Which is inconvenient because it’s down the street from my house.

  Placed an order for curbside pickup, got to the restaurant and was told the order wasn’t in their system. I had the confirmation email and had already been charged, instead of just re-entering the order right then and there, they continued looking for the order for like 30 mins! Finally they told me they were going to re-enter it and had me verbally list everything on the order back to them: they entered it correctly, and we checked the bag before leaving )but there was a lot in it, since it was for 3 people and in one bag. First; the guy that re-entered the order told me he’d let us know when it was ready, and never gave me a number. Then they placed PART of the order on the counter and never said anything to me; so I didn’t know it was even our order. Another 10-20 mins go by and someone FINALLY tells me it’s our order, but despite the two cups and the bottle of chocolate milk, they totally neglected to include our child’s happy meal. So I had to point out that there is supposed to be a happy meal.. so they make me wait another few mins while they get that together; and we get home and realize they forgot a whole 10pc order of nuggets. It’s on the receipt. The guy asked what sauce we wanted. There obvs should have been nuggets. So now we waited LITERALLY an hour (order was confirmed at 5:03pm and we got out of there at 6pm!) for our order to STILL be screwed up. You’d think they’d have at least gotten it right with two attempts… and maybe thrown in a cookie or two for having to wait that long! Oh; and you can’t even call the store because the number says it’s a wireless subscriber and that they’re unavailable!
