  Horrible customer service. Took over 30 minutes to make my 1 drink and never got my drink, told me to my face they “just lost my order”, laughed at me as i waited for my drink (that i NEVER got), told me they gave me a refund (NEVER gave me a refund for an $8 drink), told me they were making my drink and then i waited another 20 minutes and still never got it. It was so humiliating watching everyone laugh at me and waiting and being lied to. I never experienced something so bad and humiliating anywhere!

  Absolutely has gone down hill …. The the employees use to be so nice when they opened nice and friendly but now absolutely rude… I went today order 2 drinks and one of them has a nat frozen in the ice cube went back with the drink the girl was very rude asked what I want her to do about it… I asked for a refund and she said it would take 5-7 business days to get my money bk and asked me to throw the drink away

  Has honestly gone down hill since they got their “new system”. Theres genuinely no point in walking up or placing an order ahead when you’re put into the same queue as the drive thru but they still prioritize the drive thru which I know because I’ve tracked which cars are there when I stepped up to the window. Not only that they conveniently don’t tell you that until after you’ve ordered which happened to me and two other people that were waiting.

  Never been to this location and it was confusing on what lane to pull up and order. My wife went to the window and asked how it works. He explained that the lane we were in was supposed to have an employee outside taking orders. There was not as several cars had been waiting for some time. As my wife walked away from the window another customer told us the employee called my wife an idiot as she walked away. Very unprofessional and rude to say the least. We will never go back! There are plenty of good coffee places in the desert. Remember the desert is still small town. Word of mouth is everything!!!!

  This is the first time my family and I are trying Dutch Bros. We tried looking at the menu quickly however there was no one in the line and the gentleman with the black curly hair and thick mustache was horrible. He kept rushing us and making us feel stupid. I asked for sugar-free syrups he said you can pull forward and look at the menu yourself. Then I had asked him if he uses sugar-free Red Bull or just normal Red Bull and he said I don’t understand how you don’t understand what you want did you not look at the menu? Overall, this was a horrible, first experience. The girls at the window were super sweet and nice however, I will not be coming back to this location. I understand everybody has a bad day, but don’t take it out on the customers. If you don’t have the patience you shouldn’t be working in customer service.
