Tells you something about the quality of the coffee going into all these drinks. The “fancy” coffees and drinks are okay, usually very good. Several weeks ago, I went to the window to pick up my order, I waited about 10 mins while the young girl chit chatted with an older lady - not once did she STOP her PERSONAL conversation to greet me and let me know she’d be right with me or ask the lady to step aside so she can assist, she continued on with her personal conversation only to then provide the older lady with a free coffee. When she finally acknowledged my presence, I wasn’t provided with an apology for the UNNECESSARY wait time. Today, I went to order my usual drink through drive thru, the young man who took my order, Adrian, was super delightful and on point with his Customer Service, but the young lady, Lexi, who gave me my actual coffee was rude, unprofessional and lacked proper Customer Service training. Customers pay not only for the item, but the experience at Dutch Bros, we are not paying for less than par Customer Service. Some of these “Broistas” need to be retrained and taught proper Customer Service. Greeting your customers, with a smile on your face is #1 rule, not disregarding your customers or having an attitude with the customer simply because you are having a bad day. I do have to say, not all staff is unpleasant, but the handful that are ruin the reputation for the location and other staff members.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
